Our MissionIs to promote and foster the health and well-being of families, to meet their needs and to facilitate their personal, family and community development. It aims at meeting the specific needs of the community through the programs and services. All services are bilingual.
- By supplying information services and necessary references to ease the stress caused by the reality of the military environment;
- By increasing the adaptation skills of the community;
- By helping people and family in distress.
Our Vision
Community development is the MFRC’s raison d’être. As such, the Centre is committed to establishing and maintaining a partnership with the community in order to improve the wellness of all through the efforts of its members and through their involvement and participation in the decision-making process in matters and issues of concern to them. The Goal of the Military Family Resource Centre is to act as an agent for change, as a thread running through the whole community to foster individual initiative and personal growth.
