Courses for parents

Courses’ dates and fees will be determined afterwards and communicated to those interested.


Prenatal course

babyInstructor : Anne René, BSc in Nursing, lactation consultant, hypnolife instructor, prenatal and postnatal educator.

Formal sessions providing information to future parents and giving them an opportunity to discuss maternity-related subjects from pregnancy through breastfeeding. Six 3-hour sessions.

Postnatal coaching and lactation support

Instructor : Anne René

Informal meetings that give parents with new babies an opportunity to talk about the challenges of bringing home a new baby and breastfeeding, and also provide them valuable advice from a professional.

Self-hypnosis for birth

Instructor : Anne René

A series of four formal classes for future parents. Four basic concepts will be taught, including natural anaesthesia through self-hypnosis for a calmer, more natural and more comfortable delivery.

First aid and CPR for those who care for children

Qualified Instructor

A course in first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation leading to St John Ambulance certification, with a special component on caring for children. Snack provided.
 

Welcome baby

Bring us a photo of your bundle of joy so that we can welcome him or her in the Servir newspaper. You will also receive a gift pack with an assortment of baby product samples.
